Dr. Michael OfosuPT, DPT
Dr. Ofosu Completed his undergraduate studies in 2013 from Sonny Cortland college in Cortland New York. He then went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Sage Graduate School in New York in 2017.
Dr. Dawn Blue DNP
Dr. Blue received her associate of science in nursing in 1985 from Thornton community college in Illinois. Her bachelor of science in nursing in 2002 from the California State University, San Bernardino.
She then further her education and received her doctor of nursing practice in 2016 from Brandman University in Irvine California.
She is also currently an Assistant Professor In the nursing department at the Cal State University in San Bernardino.
Dr. Juan-Pablo Rivera DC
Dr. Rivera graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree - Cell & Molecular Biology from Universidad Metropolitana San Juan, PR in 2014.
He then went on to receive his doctor of chiropractic from the Southern California University of Health sciences in Whittier California in 2018.
His hobbies include photography, basketball and volleyball.
Dr. William Nowysz, D.O
Dr. Nowysz has been practicing Emergency Room Medicine for the last 25 years. His course of study in osteopathic make decision has him be in the perfect position between the medical field and the rehabilitation field. He understands the necessity for proper medical care in conjunction with rehabilitation. His course of study in Osteopathy places him in the perfect position between the medical field and the rehabilitation field. He understands the necessity for proper medical care in conjunction with rehabilitation. Therefore he is the medical director for the regenerative medicine component in our facility.
Allen Hayes, Massage Therapist
Allen is originally from South Carolina. In 2000, he joined the Marine Corps and was transferred to the 29 palms base. He saw combat in Iraq 2003 to 2004.
He has been a Morongo basin resident ever since leaving the Marine Corps. He has been interested in massage therapy since 2003 and completed his 500 in our professional massage therapy license training in 2017. He has been working at the Center for Health ever since, and he is a favorite among all of our patients.
Sandra Garcia, Massage Therapist
Sandra graduated from Mayfield college. She formerly worked with partially paralyzed and stroke clients, and she is now applying her expertise to patients here at the Center For Health. She loves spending time outdoors in nature.
